1. Introduction
Welcome to Mnivaa, a lead generation marketplace connecting customers with verified local professionals. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. How Mnivaa Works
Mnivaa serves as a marketplace matching platform. We do not perform the services ourselves, but rather facilitate the connection between Customers and Service Providers. Customers can post job requirements, and Professionals can review these leads and purchase credits to contact the Customers.
3. For Customers
Posting a job request is free. You are responsible for ensuring your request details are accurate. We encourage you to review the profiles, ratings, and quotes of Professionals before hiring. Mnivaa is not a party to the contract between you and the Professional.
4. For Professionals
Professionals must undergo our verification process. Leads are purchased using Mnivaa credits. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a lead is proven to contain entirely invalid contact details (subject to our Refund Policy).
5. Liability & Disclaimers
While we take steps to verify our Professionals, Mnivaa does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from your interactions with other users on the platform.
